  • How do I properly care for my SMF Imports accessories?

    To maintain your accessories’ lasting beauty, avoid its contact with abrasive surfaces or oils. 

    For light cleaning, regularly wipe its surface with a soft, damp cloth. For detailed cleaning, we recommend trusting your accessory to the local professional of your choice.

  • When should I expect to receive my SMF Imports order?

    Upon placement of your order, we’ll be in touch with information regarding processing and shipping estimations. Upon shipment, expect delivery within five to seven business days.

  • How can I return or exchange my SMF Imports order?

    We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of order delivery.

    Items’ ‘original condition’ includes all of their original packaging, attachments, hardware, and dust bag. Damaged items or items missing any original components unfortunately cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

    To request a return or exchange, simply reach out within 14 days of order delivery. Please include your full name and order number with your message, and we’ll follow up with your next steps.

    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Does SMF Imports have a repair policy?

    We sure do–your complete satisfaction as a cherished customer is always our first priority. 

    Most of the lines we carry offer repair service. If your item arrives damaged or with defects, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.  

    However, if damage takes place after delivery, we’ll evaluate the possibility for repair on a case by case basis. Often, we can repair items for a small fee. Please note that in this case, you’ll be asked to cover shipping expenses.

    To submit an item for repair, please reach out with your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged or defective item, and we’ll advise you with next steps.
